Contact Information: The quickest & most reliable way to get a hold of me is to send an e-mail. Please DO include a subject line and if you do not recieve a response within 24 hours please do feel free to e-mail again. Due to security issues & spam issues I do not of course open every email that comes to my box, VERY occassionally I may miss an email from a first time contact. My normal reponse time is within 6 hours, it RARELY takes more than 24 hours for me to reply to any email. Due to the nature of my work & work location, interruptions are always around. I may or may NOT answer the phone when I am working at the computer. If you like, you can leave a message and I will return your call usually within a few days. E-mail is a much more reliable form of communication for me. PAYMENT AND SERVICES Payment for services will be secured in advance and require a 50% down payment on the estimate I provide you with. Payment must be received before your order will be completely processed. All orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Turn around time for Search Engine Marketing is usually 72 hours, exceptions do apply. You will be notified via the contact E-mail address specified when signing up. Web site design is not available for purchase online as each project has a different level of involvement. Payments are accepted online through PayPal.com or by check through the mail or in person. I PREFER payments by check whenever possible, for ease of record keeping, tax purposes and because there are no fees associated with accepting checks. PayPal requires that I pay a small fee when I accept any payments, it is therefore my 2nd choice for payment remittance. Dawn Suiter does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that your domain name will achieve a favorable position, or any position. What I guarantee is the promotion of your web site through the services that I provide. I can not control or guarantee which, if any, search engines will accept the submission of your site. By law, an order placed by you, the customer, is an intent to buy and cannot be rescinded solely because of a change in mind.
